Go Tell Multimedia is operated by Eddie Cantu. This notice describes the inquiry form and client workspace on this site.
What you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, contact information, requested service, and message so Eddie can follow up. The client portal uses your ChatGPT identity and stores the content, files, messages, and approvals you submit for your project.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to your request, prepare your project, communicate with you, and maintain the service. Inquiry records are available to the owner. Project access is checked for the client and owner. Uploaded content is not automatically published.
Hosting and technical processing
This site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and storage. The public inquiry form uses a daily hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. ChatGPT sign-in is governed by the sign-in provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Owner notifications
New inquiries and selected client actions create private alerts for Eddie. If an email sender is configured, Resend processes an alert addressed to Eddie with a link to the private portal. Alert emails do not include uploaded files or the full contents of client messages. Email acceptance and read status are recorded separately. SMS is not connected.
Your choices
Contact Eddie to request correction or deletion of an inquiry or project. Clients can remove files in the portal; removal makes the file unavailable through the portal. No automatic retention period is currently configured.
Keep sensitive information out
Do not upload passwords, banking details, confidential counseling records, or material you lack permission to share. Obtain appropriate permission for recognizable people in photos, especially children.
